Processing your order and your right to cancel

 

Once we have received your order, we will dispatch it to you within one working day. For UK orders, you should receive your order within three days. For international orders, you should receive your order within five days.

 

You have the right to cancel an order at any time before the expiry of a period of fourteen working days. This cooling-off period begins the day after which you receive your order.

 

Returns

 

Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning a DVD to us unless the item is damaged, defective, or we delivered the item to you by mistake. You have the right to cancel an order if you do not receive it during the relevant delivery period stated on our Terms Web page. You have the right to request an exchange for a damaged or defective DVD.

 

If you want to cancel your order or request an exchange for a damaged or defective DVD, please contact us. We will confirm that we have received your cancellation or exchange request. Please then return the DVD to our address. Once we have received the DVD, we will refund the cost of your order. If you requested an exchange, we will refund the cost of returning the damaged or defective DVD to us and dispatch a replacement DVD to you.
